This year's North Carolina Property Management Conference (#NCPMC2024) wasn't just successful; it was a leapfrog above the rest! Embracing our frog-themed "LEAP into the Future of Property Management through Leadership, Education, Action, and Profit," we aimed to crack the code of success in our industry. It was a pond-full of learning, leading, acting, and profiting, sprinkled with a healthy dose of froggy fun. Not to mention, it was LEAP YEAR and the conference was held over two day - February 28th and 29th, 2024 and the Conference Committee CRUSHED IT!!
LEAPing Over Lily Pads - With Leadership, Education, Action, and Profit as our guiding stars, we hopped from one lily pad to the next, gathering wisdom and tools to enhance our property management practices. It's like we turned our careers into a game of leapfrog, always aiming for the next big jump forward.
Wisdom from the Pond's Best Frogs - The conference featured a lineup of the pond's wisest frogs—industry leaders who've navigated the waters of property management with finesse. They shared their froggy wisdom, teaching us how to catch the juiciest flies (metaphorically speaking) and swim through the murky waters of property management challenges.
A Tradeshow Full of Fly-Catching Tools - Our tradeshow was like a frog's paradise, filled with the latest products and services to help property managers catch flies more efficiently. Think of it as visiting the best spots in the pond where all the cool frogs hang out to show off their latest tricks and tools.

The HOT BENCH: A Lily Pad of Legal Wisdom - The HOT BENCH session was a highlight, featuring a lineup that could only be described as the pond's legal eagles...or should we say, legal frogs? With experts from the NC Real Estate Commission, NC REALTORS® Attorney, and the co-author of the NC Real Estate Manual, the cases and discussions were nothing short of sizzling. Each plaintiff and defendant helped to share invaluable insights into the legalities of property management so that we help you stay out of trouble! (yep, that is me as the Bailiff)
Record Hops and Bounds - This year, we didn't just jump; we soared, surpassing all previous records for attendee registrations and vendor sponsorships. Moving the venue to Charlotte, NC, and the Hilton University Place proved to be a fantastic leap, providing a bigger pond for our growing frog family to gather, learn, and share.
The Power of the Pond - The essence of our annual leap together is all about sharing the pond, learning from each other, and helping every frog grow into the best version of themselves. In the vast world of property management, no single frog can catch all the flies alone, but together, we're a formidable force.
A HUGE Croak Out to Our Hosts - A HUGE croak-out to the Charlotte Regional Chapter and the Triangle Chapter of NARPM® for hosting this spectacular gathering. Being part of the NARPM® family feels like swimming in the best part of the pond, where support, learning, and a bit of froggy fun are always in plentiful supply.
The NC Property Management Conference was a leap year ahead in terms of innovation, collaboration, and education. We croaked and joked, learned a ton, and left feeling ready to take on the world of property management with new tools, insights, and friendships. Here's to another year of hopping forward together, and we can't wait to see what leaps and bounds we'll achieve by the next conference. Let's keep our ponds thriving and our leaps long!
