30 DAY APPROVED APPLICATION GUARANTEE:
We will guarantee an approved applicant within 30 days of the property being rent ready, or waive a month's management fees! Rent Ready for this guarantee means the home must be vacant, clean and in good showing condition, utilities (gas, power, and water) on, priced accurately, and allow pets. These conditions are to be determined at the sole discretion of the manager.
EVICTION GUARANTEE:
If an eviction happens in the first 12 months of any tenancy, we will waive 6 months of management fees after the property is re-rented again. An eviction means that the Sheriff has executed the Writ of Possession. PG Management Group, LLC must have procured the tenants, and this guarantee does not apply to our Tenant Procurement Services or tenants that we did not place in the property.
NO TENANT SALE GUARANTEE:
Many property managers are also Realtors, real estate agents, or sales brokers and can possibly view tenants as potential buyers. When they sell your great tenant someone else's home, it creates a vacancy for you, and you lose. We promise not to sell your tenant a home unless it is your home, when you are ready to sell.
